The Role

We are seeking a New Product Developer to join our team. The role will be based in Centurion and reports to the New Product Development Manager. Farmwise Marketing is looking for an incumbent to act as a coordinator of all new food product development activities from the concept stage to launch.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-year Qualification in Culinary arts / Qualified Chef/ Degree in Food science

  • Minimum 2 years proven experience running process trials within food manufacturing

  • Processing innovation in terms of equipment/process

  • NPD experience from concept to launch would be advantageous

  • Exposure to either retailers or food service customers

  • Great attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage simultaneous projects
